Our Director Our Commitment All children and adults are capable of reading, writing and math.  Our goal is to develop learning skills that result in academic success and achievement. Our Approach Students are tested to reveal educational needs.  A completely individualized program is developed.  This diagnostic-prescriptive method is used along with periodic evaluation of the student's progress.  Instructional approaches incorporate special techniques and materials. Our Staff The staff at Educational Resource Associates is chosen for its warmth, understanding, and dedication to help each child and adult achieve their learning potential. Judy K. Hintz holds a Master's of Science degree in education from Drake University.  Her areas of specialization are emotional and learning disabilities.  Undergraduate degrees are in elementary and early childhood education.  As Director of the center, she conducts evaluations, designs individual programs and trains and supervises her staff.  Her educational strategies reflect her philosophy that all children and adults can be successful learners.
